Being within your correct weight for height is important, nutritionists call it body mass index. I suspect yours is a bit high, (as you are reading this page) to be healthier try to reduce it to a figure between 20 – 25. Also perhaps you know your body fat level – this should ideally be about 27% for a woman and 15% for a man. At your first consultation I will calculate these figures and  discuss why you are large. You will receive help and support  to gain your optimum weight at your consultations (I recommend four but this is variable).
 
When you visit I will encourage you to go on a detox diet, followed by my weight control diet, then a healthy eating plan for life.  Don't worry; you will never be hungry nor suffer constipation or bloating.  This diet is nutritionally sound.

Think about this, also you will need to empty out your fridge and cupboards of all ‘junk’ foods and buy healthy, fresh groceries from now on. You need to know that you are turning your back on past food habits and beginning a whole new relationship with food.
 
Food is your tool for energy so you will never go without on my dietary plan.  Have smaller portions; reduce alcohol consumption.   Try pomegranate juice and a new tea - cinnamon made fresh from the bark.  This tea has been proven to aid weight loss.
